Where do I find this URL. I copied the license number and pressed the install key but got the following error:

ERROR, bad or missing key file URL:

I am confused can anyone help?

I submitted a ticket to them.

I have purchased a basic license last year and made the redeem process today, but the confirmation email doesn't contain a url to be placed in the activation box, but a only download link for the Basic.key file. The download link doesn't work in the activation box, nor putting the key file or the local link to the key file. Is it possible to do the activation over the web gui or only by placing it to the usb stick into the config folder?

If you can get the Basic.key file then you just need to put that into the ‘config’ folder on the flash drive.    After doing that reboot and you should be good to go.
