Perl runtime error.

Recommended Posts

I am getting the following error when trying to execute a perl script:

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.

perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:

LANGUAGE = (unset),

LC_ALL = (unset),

LC_COLLATE = "C",

LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"

    are supported and installed on your system.

perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

It then aborts and does not run the script. How do i fix this.

I have seen some post that tell you to edit a lang.sh file on the following path:

etc/profile.d/lang.sh

However the profile.d direcotory does not exist on my unRAID version 5 beta 14. Can anyone help.

Many Thanks
