March 3, 20251 yr Hello all, I'm new to Unraid and was hoping to get some guidance on an issue that seems to be recurring. I've downloaded the Plex-Media-Server (Official App) from the app library and have configured it with the following settings - I've been able to successfully map a couple of libraries in my Plex server, including a Movies library and a TV Shows library that correspond with appropriate folder in my Media Share. However, I've since tried mapping my Documentaries folder from the Media Share to a new Plex library but am being met with an empty media folder (I've mapped the library to /data/Documentaries). I've checked numerous times that there is in fact content in the Documentaries folder located in my Media share, so I'm confused as to why I'm not able to map this to a new library when Movies and TV Shows have mapped just fine with the current config. I've attached a diagnostics report in case it's helpful but looking for general insight on the Plex app config, basically if I did anything wrong. Happy to post any other settings if needed.
