March 7, 20251 yr A question about my basic understanding of Docker. As you can see in the first picture, the Docker "Plex-media-server" is shown with a memory usage of about 18GB. The total memory usage of the system is shown as "MEM 24.2%". After manually restarting the 'Plex-media-server' docker, its memory usage was reduced to 113MB. However, the total system usage is more or less the same at "MEM 24.1%". How can the physical consumption be almost the same both times? Thanks for your enlightenment.....
