Dell R730xd with arc 380 showing pci-e x1

Featured Replies

I’m desperate for help. I’m on 7.0.1 using a Dell poweredge r730xd with an intel arc 380 elf. Transcodes fine via plex but the pci speed is showing widthx1 in terminal. Is arc 380 just not compatible with my setup? Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Can you provide output of where you are seeing. Which slot is the GPU in.

It’s in riser 2 slot 4. I tossed my RTX 4000 in there to see if maybe it was hardware failure and it runs at x16 pci-e gen 3 without issue. Starting to think this card just doesn’t like r730xd.

So I put the arc a380 back in and started 5 4k to 1080p transcodes. everything runs smooth but im still getting width x1 and gen1 speeds per unraid terminal.
