I have two of these cards.  1 in a windows box and one in my unraid server.  I am trying to copy a large file from the windows box to the unraid server.  It starts off fine copying fast but soon plumits down to just below 1Gb speed.  I have turned on flow control on the windows box for this NiC and also on both switch ports (managed switch).  I can't see anywhere in unraid to turn flow control on though.  I have installed "Tips and Tweaks" plugin but this does not seem to be able to turn flow control on for the TX201 in the unraid box.  Is flow control for this card not supported in the linux driver as it is in windows driver?
