Is it the gpu? Driver?

I had a RTX3060 in and it was normal PCIE widthEdit: I just found this link, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000094587/graphics.htmlIt looks like it's just a reporting issue and does not effect performance.
