March 13, 20251 yr I have an 8 disk array of 10TB drives with 2 parity drives. I think in the past it's usually only ever taken about 2-3 days of 5 hours a night to complete the parity check, but now it's been running nearly 2 months. Is there a way to see what it is doing that is taking so long?
