March 16, 20251 yr Community Expert Flash drive problems: Mar 4 04:00:11 Toaster kernel: fat_get_cluster: 239 callbacks suppressed Mar 4 04:00:11 Toaster kernel: FAT-fs (sda1): error, fat_get_cluster: invalid cluster chain (i_pos 76421251) You can try recreating it first, first backup the current one, then recreate it using the USB tool, and restore only the /config folder from the backup overwriting any existing files.
March 20, 20251 yr Author Solution In case anyone stumbles across this, my fix was to shut down the server, plug the flash drive in my Windows PC and run chkdsk /f
