after rebooting by device, webUI does not start, but ssh is OK,

# nginx -s reload

nginx: [emerg] open() "/etc/nginx/conf.d/servers.conf" failed (2: No such file or directory) in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:159

seems that the folder /etc/nginx/conf.d/ is empty.

Is there anything I can do to recover from this?

Nginx is not even attempting to start, you can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.

Have you tried booting in Safe mode to rule out a plugin being the issue?    I see you have at least one plugin (NerdTools) that is known to be incompatible with Unraid 7.

Thanks, after redoing the flash drive, it works now. Does it mean that I need to replace it with a new flash drive?

No, but you should keep an eye on the current one and if the problem starts re-occurring consider replacing it.
