March 17, 20251 yr Hi Im a first time Unraid user here. I've booted a new build into unraid only to be met with no network connectivity. I think its unable to find the hardware. There is a orange light on the on NIC. IOMMU and the Network Device is enabled in the BIOS. Diagnostic attached. March 17, 20251 yr Solution There's no stock driver for that NIC in the kernel, it should work if you install the Realtek 8126 driver plugin, to install it you can use a USB NIC, or probably easier, just boot the flash drive in an older computer, install the plugin, then boot with the new board.
March 18, 20251 yr Author Yes that was it. Thanks @JorgeB booted on an older pc. Installed community plugin. Searched for and installed the Realtek 8126 driver. Put the USB back into my main pc and network came up on boot. 👍
