WebGUI not showing drives, but array is working fine

Running UnRaid 7.0.1.

The rows for the drives are still there, but there's nothing visible in them.

The array will start and works fine, but I can't see drive statuses.

Same thing happens when I boot into Safe Mode and if I access the GUI directly on the server. Same thing happens across Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Clear the Browser's Cache (Usually CTRL+F5) that should fix it.

It often happens after a reboot of UNRAID, but it is totally harmless too.

I just tried force-refreshing and then going into my settings and clearing all browsing data and caches in multiple browsers again, but I'm still getting the same blank rows.

Would another reboot help if a reboot was the cause?

Unlikely. What about logging off and then on again?

Try logging out from the webGUI, then wait at least 30 secs before logging back in, if that doesn't work, you should try rebooting.

Logging out and rebooting did not do anything.

I uninstalled all plugins and changed my management access ports from 80/443 to 180/1443 (I had changed to that for Nginx reverse proxy and then changed back to defaults while trying to get Tailscale to work). The change in ports seems to have done the trick.
