Cache does not get moved and Plex is not starting anymore

Featured Replies

Hello everybody

For some time, my Mover does not move the files from the cache to the array. Since then, my logs also get full really fast.

Unfortunately, I am quite new to Plex (and Linux in general) so I can't really wrap my head around the diagnostic file.

Also, since 7.0.0 (at least since then I have noticed it) my Plex does not start anymore (Probably related).

One of the error messages ist "PMS: failure detected. Read/write acces is required for path: /config/Plex Media Server". Other topics on the same thing I read were always "it worked after a restart".

If I am missing more info, I'll try to update it as soon as possible.

I thank you in advance for your help!

stop all dockers run docer safe permission.

remove any plugins that affected mover. There have been known issues with mover and the mover tuner plugin and others in beta where mover broke completely...

If you wish to use the mover tuner plugin please install the lattest current:

after uninstalling the older plugin and rebooting unraid!
