I am trying to share a USB drive through the SNAP plugin and am having trouble. I am able to access the usb drive through telnet and see that it is shared in the SNAP plugin but an unable to access the drive remotelt. I beleive it has to do with the permissions or owner of the directory. I tried to "chown -R nobody" the directory and get "Operation not permitted". If someone could point me in the right direction? Thanks. Using 5.14b

 

Directory I am trying to share:

 

root@Tower:/mnt/disk# getfacl 8GB
# file: 8GB
# owner: root
# group: users
user::rwx
group::rw-
other::---

 

Another drive shared by SNAP that is working:

root@Tower:/mnt/disk# getfacl More
# file: More
# owner: nobody
# group: users
user::rwx
group::rwx
other::rwx
