Has anyone used one of these drives in their server?

I've been holding off buying a new drive because of prices, but I have one full drive and another with only 92GB left.  That seems to be the cheapest 3TB drive out there right now, but I don't mind paying a little more for something that's more reliable if this one has issues.

 

So I guess the underlying question would be, what's the best 3TB drive on the market right now that's also cost effective?

 

I currently have the following drives, if that matters:

 

2 x HITACHI Deskstar H3IK30003272SW (One of these is my parity drive)

1 x HITACHI Deskstar 5K3000 HDS5C3020ALA632
