Just as the title says. Wanna know if it supports hotswap of HDDs. If so, do I need to stop the array before adding/removing a drive?

    It will work if your hardware supports it, but you will still need to stop the array to select the new device.

    So I can stop the array, add the new drive while the system is on, then restart the array?

    Yes, may need to refresh the GUI to see the new device.
