March 29, 20251 yr I've been experiencing issues with my Unraid system where the Mover function isn't transferring files from the cache to my media share on the array. Here's a summary of the problem and the troubleshooting steps I've taken: Issue: The Mover initiates but completes almost immediately without moving any files i can manually move it off the cache there are no errors at all it just says mover started mover finished in the logs i have it set to write to cache and move to array and if i set to array only it wont move and i have tried using the permission tool syslog.txt Edited March 29, 20251 yr by gondark more info

March 29, 20251 yr Community Expert Solution It's a capitalization issue, delete both Media.cfg and Dowloads.cfg from the flash drive /config/shares, then click on media and downloads shares in the GUI and reapply the settings, mover should work after that.
