April 1, 20251 yr Hi, I have setup sftpgo as an ftp server to record from a cctv camera, this is working well. My issue is the files uploaded are only visible via the ftp docker, or Windows file explorer. They do not show up in unraid, krusader sees the share as empty, as does the built in unraid file explorer. This means that I can't use an unraid script to delete old footage. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but I've been googling for days now trying to figure out how to get these files to appear just like in a regular share. Any advice is appreciated!
April 1, 20251 yr Community Expert Use the Unraid File Manager to browse your shares from the webgui, if you can't see them on the physical disks then you might be storing the files inside the docker container itself. Depending on which version of unraid you're running it might already be included, in which case you click the "shares" tab at the top and click the little icon to the left of the share's name to browse it. April 1, 20251 yr Community Expert Looks like the template for that has /mnt/user mapped to /unraid. If you are putting files at the top level of /unraid, they are not in user shares but would probably be at the top level of one or more disks or pools. User shares would be in subfolders, /unraid/<sharename>
