I've looked all over and can't seem to find preclear ver 1.6

 

One message says after 5.0 betax, yo must use ver 1.6.

I'm looking to install latest beta b14, I believe.... But I can't find where to download 1.6 so I can run preclear.

    true at that time.  Now, the latest version is 1.13.  use it.

    (basically, always use the latest version)
