VM Manager - Virtual Machine Templates Completely Gone

Featured Replies

I've had UNRAID for a few days now and for the most part, things have gone smoothly... Until I wanted to create a VM.

When I go to Add VM, regardless of which OS I choose, I am presented with the raw XML page. I've spent hours checking and trying various things but the following has not helped:
- rm /mnt/user/system/libvirt/libvirt.img
- Restarting VM Manager any number of times
- Removing dynamix.vm.manager and rebooting

- Doing any combo of the above and upgrading UNRAID to 7.1 beta.. or back down to 7.01...

I tried to just create a VM using raw XML but couldnt get novnc to connect.. could be unrelated. Other strange behavior is that when I click Add VM and then "Create/Modify Template".. I enter a name and hit "OK".. nothing happens.

I am out of ideas.

Is this from an attached monitor and keyboard?

Or when trying to access the webUI from another computer on the network? Maybe a browser issue? Do you have adblocker or anything else that might interfere?

I'm using the WEBGUI but I do have an attached monitor and keyboard. Strangely.... before replying to you, I logged on locally to see if that would make any difference and now it is working. This was hours of my life 😭

Are you sure you are in Form view?  There is a  toggle at upper right to switch between form and xml views.
