Nextcloud Docker Error: TZ Environment Variable

Yesterday I recently had to replace my UPS and I noticed that my TimeZone was incorrect in my Unraid Dashboard. So I updated it to the correct settings and did not think anything else of it. This morning I try to connect to by Nextcloud and get the following error

I check the log file and only see the following error:

IThe environmental variable TZ has been set which is not supported by AIO since it only supports running in the default Etc/UTC timezone!

I am having trouble resolving this issue.  Thanks in advance.

incorrect paste

Since you are using aio you should stop the containers from aio interface and then change timezone from here.

Timezone change
The timezone for Nextcloud is currently set to Europe/Paris.

Please note: You can change the timezone when your containers are stopped.
