Lose unraid GUI access after installing the tailscale plugin

On unraid 7.0 and whenever I install the tailscale plug-in I lose access to the unraid gui instantly.  The only option I have is to log in to the physical server, delete the plug-in files (.plg + directory), and reboot.  If I try to re-install via the apps page, I end up in the same place.

 

Ideas or help?  Diagnostics attached.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
