No Unraid webui, no docker etc.

Hi all,

when I started to save a new password in my locally hosted bitwarden, I reconized that I can't open Unraid webui. At this point in time I was still connected to shares.

I thought it might be related to expired certificates etc. but they are still valid. Then I wnated to connect a monitor and keyboard and by mistake I unplugged the power cable... After root boot, still no webui and also no access to shares anymore.

I checked the IP, which is still fine. There are no errors visible to me on the Unraid monitor; when booing to Unraid webui (on the unraid server) I can access the UI. server was shutdown,  but also after retsart of unraid the webui from my other Mac is still now showing up. SSH is also not working, but here I'm not sure if it was runnifn before.

I have the diagnostic file. What coudl I check / do now?

Thank you

You can post that here to see if it helps.

WebGUI ports are not the default, are you trying to use these?

I use port 5000, it was running fine (until last week)

Don't see any other obvious issues, you can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then recreate it using the USB tool and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder (\config\plugins\dockerMan\templates-user), if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.

Recreated USB Stick is now booting fine into WebUI.

do I need to copy plugins one by one now and same for dockers? I assume unsaid must be stopped then…this will take time if I do it one by one… Is there a doc somewhere about all folders etc?

thank you

For docker, I mentioned above the folder to copy, for plugins you can copy them all at the same time initially, but if it stops working again, you will need to find the culprit

I reinstalled some dockers and figured the following out: I can access the webui from a Windows system as well as from Mac using Safari but not with Firefox. But laos when I use Safari I can't open e.g. Vaultwarden (database mariadb and Nginx-Proxy are installed).

I don't use a proxy and deleted the cache for Firefox. I restored complete config fodler from flash usb now. Access from Mac/Safari is fine, only isse with Firefox now. So, it's a local issue now not related to Unraid.

I also removed AVG (anti virus, protection) on the mac, as I thought this might block someting, but it wasn't

I found the root cause where I couldn't open it in Firefox.... Under settings - data protection & security - local network Firefox was disabled. I have no glue what/how this was changed.
