After the boot menu, the computer shuts down

Featured Replies

I just built a new nas
and wanted to try unraid, I have done a manual installation because USB Flash Creator did not work.
But when I start I get to the boot menu whatever I choose the computer shuts down when I choose an option, except for mem test I can run it and it completes it.  What else can I try, the USB stick is selected as bootable.

Try a different flash drive, if the same, it would suggest a hardware issue

Thanks for the help you were right it was a hardware error, I realized that my ram memory was unstable so I increased the volts to them and now it works as it should
so now I have purchased the unraid Lifetime License
I think this seems great

Thanks for the help
