Never upgrade the motherboard BIOS casually!!!

Before upgrading the BIOS of the motherboard, do make a backup of the system. 
DO confirm with the motherboard manufacturer whether the BIOS version can be rolled back. 
Otherwise, you won't be able to access the system. 
The initial BIOS of the ROG-STRIX-Z490-H-GAMING motherboard sometimes lost the integrated graphics. 
it's suggested upgrading the motherboard BIOS in the forum. 
Now I can't get into the system. 
Safe mode, changing the USB drive, and changing the system version all didn't help
Downgrading the BIOS can only be done by sending it back to the manufacturer's after-sales service at your own expense.

i can get into boot 

just can't get unraid start

Just as a test, see if you can boot a new install from a different flash drive.
