Windows VM won't boot. Cache drive read only

Around 12am today my windows VM went offline. I tried to start it and it says it could not boot. I got an error that said the cache drive was read-only.  I went to where the image file is supposed to be on the cache drive and I don't see the img file anymore. 

 

I stopped the array and started it in maintenance mode and now I see both my cache drive and a new unassigned drive that is the same model as my my cache drive.  

 

I'm lost at this point.  The cache drive isn't super important it was just for plex transcodes and a BlueIris windows VM. I don't have a back up of img file but at least have backup of the settings. 

 

Update: I rebooted and I can read and write to the cache drive now when I start the VM the screen never loads to windows. Just goes black after the Unraid logo.
