 Hi

Im new to Unraid. recently  i mistakenly added a hard drive to the cache pool. so i tried to delete it and now my 1 TB NVME card is show that it is a 2TB.

I have 4 disk 1- parity 3TB - 1  disk 2TB & 2-1TB , for some reason since removing the extra Cache pool disk there are no READS OR Writes on the these disk.

I have error on the Disk 1 only. see snapshot. and diagnostics file.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

According to your screenshot you have the current read/write rate displaying rather than the counts.   There is a toggle at the upper right to switch between the two modes.

(A I'mnew to Unraid. recently  i mistakenly added a hard drive to the cache pool. so i tried to delete it and now my 1 TB NVME card is showing that it is a 2TB.) Why after i installed the other drive does it state that it is now 2TB?  Is it possble to delete and reinstall it?

It should be, but please create a new thread and post the diagnostics.
