parity drive failed while copying to share mover stuck running and cant power down file server

was copying files to share then parity drive failed and showing a bunch of write errors i have tried to click the shutdown button dialog box comes up i click ok then shutdown then nothing happens. cant stop array says mover is running what should i do?
