May 1, 20251 yr My containers appear to mostly be working, and I can ping the server but the system UI is completely unreachable. A hard reset is the only apparent solution. I added the last few days of my syslog, hopefully there's something useful in there. Any ideas? syslog-10.0.0.200.log tobor-server-diagnostics-20250501-1816.zip
May 1, 20251 yr Community Expert Unfortunately, there's nothing relevant logged, this can also be a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one, including the individual docker containers. Additionally, look in the BIOS for a "Global C-States" or similar setting and disable that to retest, it's been known to be a problem with some boards, with both Intel and AMD CPUs.

Thanks for checking, I'll give that a go. One thing I did notice is the message "shfs: share cache full" but that was back on April 11th. Another support post had very similar issues to me. The error when attempting to ssh was odd too: "kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer Connection reset by x.x.x.x port 22 lost connection"
