May 3, 20251 yr Hey,i hope someone can help me with my problem. I installed yesterday a brandnew Arc B580 card and try to use it for Plex transcoding. I installed also the I-GPU-Top. The card shows up and everything looks fine and i can also select the B580 under plex transcode. The only problem is that when i select the card and i try to transcode its using the cpu (not the internal cpu graphic) and not the B580. I hope someone can help me. Cheers
May 3, 20251 yr Community Expert I haven't kept up with plex but I don't think plex itself supports B-series intel GPUs yet.
May 19, 20251 yr have you try passing through the card directly? Container Device: /dev/dri/renderD128 Container Device: /dev/dri/card0 just makesure D128 and card0 is your card. you can check with i-gpu-top
