Server locking up on large file transfers

I'm not sure if I'm reading the syslog correctly but I think this could be a BIOS issue except I can't get the bios update to boot to install the new BIOS so I have reached out to manufacturer. I'm getting

Over and over rapidly. This shows as a pcie bridge in System Devices.

Anyone have any ideas. It is a brand new server. Worked for a few days but I hadn't attempted any large file transfers, only smaller ones. Once I did it fell apart.

Easily able to reproduce the lock up. It just goes fully unresponsive, power button won't work, gui goes down, and drives go silent.

Been running memtest for awhile with no errors.
