Web UI keeps crashing - 500 Internal Server Error (UnRaid 7.1.2)

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I’m experiencing an issue where the Unraid web interface randomly stops working and returns a “500 Internal Server Error”. The system itself remains functional: docker containers continue running without issues.

I'm able to restore web interface functionality by doing this via ssh:

/etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart

Attached is my Diagnostics zip file.

Has anyone encountered something similar?

Any ideas on how to fix this or prevent it from happening again?

Thanks in advance!

Were the diags saved when the server was having that issue?

Yes, server just had that issue when I restored the functionality with

/etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart

and saved all the diagnostic files.

There's nothing logged that I can see, try booting in safe mode.
