7.1.2 Wrong Pool State tank~special - orphan ZFS subpool tank~cache orphan ZFS subpool

Featured Replies

For some unknown reason unraid lost all my pools, the names were all there, but all were set to one device.

I recreated all the pools in the Pool devices page, did a zpool import, and still get an error starting poool.

Zpool status shows all pools online including tank~special and tank~cache

Array won't start.

Any ideas?

There are 94 disks on this server, unfortunately I'm on a tablet and can't copy and paste the full output, but I screen shot what I thought would be the applicable part of the output above, if there is another area of the output you want to see, please let me know and ill screen shot it.  But output shows all disks online and I don't see anything suspicious

There are multiple pools, all disks show online, its the special vdevs for pool tank that are preventing the array from starting

If the problem is only with the tank pool, do this (pool must be exported):

on main click on the first device for that pool and then "remove pool"
back on main, create a new pool with the same name and number of slots
assign all the pool devices together, including the cache e special vdevs, don't create subpools, leave the filesystem set to auto
start the array to import the pool

Thanks, that took care of it, appreciate your help
