Cannot save (docker paths, SMB share settings, etc.)

I've migrated to new hardware and a failed usb in the last 6 months and I'm unable to save in certain areas of Unraid the two that are notable are in the title. If I try to set a shares SMB settings to private when I click save the page will reload, but it remains public, seemingly like I'd done nothing at all. Here is a copy of my diagnostics.

but when looking in /boot/config/shares I do not have a data.cfg

That log snippet indicates that the flash drive has gone read only as it was unable to write the required data.cfg file.

Is this an indication that my flash drive is dying?

No  idea, but it could be.    I would suggest at the very least plug into a PC/Mac and check it for errors
