Try using a different USB port, if the issue persists, I would replace the flash drive.

Changing USB port didn`t help, so I replaced Flash Drive, transferred license, I have no errors "critical medium error, dev sda" anymore, but still have these:

They appear not to be casing any issues for now, but look for a BIOS update, it may help, also post the output from lsusb -vt

I have ASRock Z690 PG Riptide and bios date 2024/10/7, latest bios 2025/5/13 I can see changelog "Update CPU Microcode to 0x12F." so not sure that will fix it. But thank you, of course I will update bios today just in case.

Executed lsusb -vt

I have physically connected only 2 USB devices : UPS and USB stick with unRaid:

Errors appear to come from USB HUBs that are not being used, so not sure what it is, looks more like a kernel/BIOS issue, but other than the spam should be harmless.
