ipmitool no longer working

Featured Replies

i used to have ipmitool installed on unraid as I can manage my Dell server

Since update to Unraid 7.x I now cant use the tool

Get the following error:

"ipmitool: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Anyway to get the missing library?

ipmitool previously included in Nerd Pack (which is no longer), does not work with Unraid 7.x. I changed over to ipmipower as documented in this post.

Later in that discussion, you will see a comment by SimonF about an updated version of ipmitool which should work with Unraid 7.x
