Remote Access

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've had a quick scan of this forum, but appears to show up for my issue.

I was having problems with remote access, but then fond out my provider was using CGNAT, so I upgraded to a static IP.

I now see a UPnP rule on my router for Unraid Connect. However, that new route never appears in my list of routes.

To add to that, the IP address shown here, is not actually my server address.

But the eth0 interface in Network Settings does have the right IP.

The IP address above IS a previous address for the server, which changed after running some dedicated ethernet and moving the server to another room.

The UPnP rule does have the right IP address.

Is there something I can change, or would I be better off uninstalling and re-installing the UC plugin?

Cheers,

Roy

Try this, it should get it to update the WAN IP:

unraid-api restart

Hey @JorgeB , that didn't change anything, still get the same routes listed.

This is what has presented on Terminal when the restart had finished.
