I am having trouble with sickbeard post processing files. Sickbeard keeps showing a warning that it can not delete files and never moves or renames the files. I did recently wipe my flash drive and install 5b14. I installed sickbeard and sab via unemnu. I have went through the new permissions numerous times. I am trying all that I have read and any help would save me some headaches, thanks alot

I just ended up setting my shares to "public" so everyone can access them. No more permission issues. This won't work if you have people on your network you don't trust though.

 

You should also be running sickbeard under "nobody".

Sickbeard does start as nobody.

Can you post a full syslog and the log file from sickbeard?  If you are using one of my unMenu packages the sickbeard log is likely in /var/log/sickbeard
