ive stopped all vms and dockers and im still getting very slow speeds and it didnt used to be this slow ever even with dockers and vms running

all of the drives are connected to my sata ports on my mobo

    You are getting continual retires on disk3. You should check the power and sata cabling to that drive.

    i replaced the sata cable on the disk you said to check and it appears to have fixed it for now. thank you
