June 12, 20251 yr Hello - I was wondering if someone can help me. Switched to 7.0 and I'm getting pretty frequent lock ups. After I get these this is what it shows on the monitor. You think its a hardware issue? skynet-diagnostics-20250611-2216.zip Edited June 12, 20251 yr by cbr600ds2
June 12, 20251 yr Community Expert That shows a zfs related crash, but cannot say if it's a bad zfs filesystem, or a hardware issue causing it, but the latter is much more common, start by running memtest.
June 12, 20251 yr Author I don't really have anything that's ZFS - The only thing is my one cache drive. I wonder if it could be related to Handbrake because I've been having problems with it since the move over to 7. Running a memtest to confirm. Thanks @JorgeB

June 13, 20251 yr Author 4 runs of a memtest and then I had to stop due to a thunderstorm coming in and then ran 9 completed runs overnight with 0 errors. Must be a loose connector.
June 13, 20251 yr Community Expert A loose connector should not cause call traces, also keep in mind that memtest is only definite if it finds errors, but for now, I would recommend backing up and reformatting the pool, and if you get more zfs related errors after that, there's likely an underlying hardware issue.
