Unraid shows wrong disk size

Featured Replies

I just booted up my Unraid server with 4-6 TB drives. However, it only shows 4 TB available on each drive. Not sure if it matters, but the drives were originally in a Synology NAS. However, I formatted them before putting them in the UnRaid server.

FYI, LSBLK is showing 4 partitions on each data disk, two smaller ones and then a 4tb and 2tb partition on those data disks.

The parity disk has only a single 6tb partition which is correct, but the data disks partition tables were probably leftover from Synology.

What would be the best way to fix this?

Only method I know is to reformat all of the drives and start over. Maybe someone smarter than me has a less destructive way to do it?
