Can't load Unraid GUI after choosing a non-working Tailscale exit node for the server

I was messing with some settings in the Tailscale settings in Unraid and accidentally changed it so the server ran off of a non-working exit node on my Tailscale account, and now I can't login to the Unraid GUI for my server. Did I toast it? Is there anything I can do through SSH? I already hard rebooted, so not sure I can pull any meaningful diagnostic information from the server.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
