I removed a disk from a btrfs pool.

and GUI became somewhat unrepsonsive after that.

reboot and then everything 500 internal error.

The usual restart commands didn't help.

did my usb fry?

seems this plugin is crashing it?

What plug in is this and how do get into GUI without it?

(Have ssh access)

Try booting in safe mode, it will not load any plugins.
