Hi there,

a long time ago I built a DIY-Server (s. pic), which was running for a few hours when needed.

I decided to prepare this server for running 24/7 to deliver services like paperless, plex and some more.

So, it needs to get more energy efficient as energy costs are high.

All I did so far was to switch "power mode" to "best power efficiency".

Without spinning HDDs, the hardware consumes between 23 to 35 Watts.

I am looking for some tweets/tipps to get the consumption below this. Perhaps by optimizing it to spin up less drives when accessing or by optimizing CPU settings (BIOS) ?
