Flash Drive Offline / Corrupted — Unraid Fails to Access /boot

Featured Replies

had to clear my cache drive because of a corrupt btrfs device. i've been getting this error now.

"There is a physical problem accessing your USB Flash boot device"

and

"This usually means your flash drive is corrupted or has dropped offline. The rest of the Unraid GUI will also be affected. Post a new thread in the Unraid forums if this error continues"

this is my first time attempting any serious troubleshooting since getting this unraid set up and running. I could easily have really messed something up but Unraid said this is a good place to double check on issues.

I've attached my diagnostics below, thanks in advance for anyone willing to help!

Flash drive is dropping offline, try using a different USB port, if the same, replace it.
