Crashing during install

Hey everyone,

Super new to this so hopefully I can get some help.

Trying to do initial install of unraid on a pc but keeps crashing shortly after it gets to the point seen in the image. It runs more lines then screen just goes black

  • Tried uefi and non-uefi

  • Vt-d enabled

  • Primary boot, disabled others

  • Tried 2 different usbs

I have a gigabyte h310m mobo.

Been at it for hours so really hope someone can help!

Are you sure it is crashing rather than simply not having a driver for your graphics card (which one are you using?). Have you checked in your router settings to see if the server is being assigned an IP address? If so you could try connecting a web browser to that address.

Oh man, you were absolutely right.

It is a very very old gpu, i cant even remember its name 😅

But yes I logged into the router and found it there and was able to log into the web gui.

Glad to hear that you have managed to get the system up 😀

If you post your system's diagnostics zip file (obtained via Tools->Diagnostics) to a new post in this thread then it will allow us to see exactly what hardware you have and might allow for a suggestion on getting the graphics card working.
