New disk after rebuild and restart rebuild again?

Replaced a disk in my array, rebuild was done, rebooted the server and had to select the new disk again and it started a new rebuild. I've attached the diag, don't know why it want to rebuild again after it had already finished.

    Disk6 was missing at array start, if it happens again after the next reboot, post new diags before doing anything else.

    will post an update, after the rebuild is complete and I've rebooted again, if it should happen again.
