Out of Memory Errors - Unraid 7.1.2

Featured Replies

I periodically get out of memory errors on my Unraid server. I am running it on an old Asus H87I-Plus motherboard, which is maxed out at 16G of RAM. Is there something I can do to address the memory errors or am just bumping up against the motherboard limitations? Diagnostics attached.

Thanks for your help!

16 gigs should be fine if you're not running VMs and such. If your Tdarr instance is caching to RAM, change it to cache to disk - same with any of your other containers (crashplan can be a hog, too). Reboot to clear the log so FCP stop warning you.

Thanks. Looks like Plex was caching to RAM. I moved that to the SSD cache and will check the other containers.
