Unresponsive unraid GUI while dockers still working

Featured Replies

This is the second time in less than 20 days that I lost access to the unraid gui while the docker containers are running and their ui are coming up. Is there something I can check?

If you still can access the server via CLI/SSH try getting the diagnostics or at least the syslog

cp /var/log/syslog /boot/syslog.txt

I’m flying now. When I get home I will try it pretty sure putty didn’t work last time either so not high hopes. Is there anything else I can do if ssh won’t work?

Force a reboot, enable the syslog server, and post that once it happens again.
