Cannot activate Flash Backup although logged in

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I am trying to set up a new server after my trial expired. I have now purchased a license and decided to start over with a fresh slate and to also change the usb drive.

First thing I wanted to do is set up Unraid Connect, which worked fine during my trial and with my trial setup. However, with my new, fresh setup, I always get the following error message when trying to activate the flash backup: "Sorry, an error occurred The error is: Must be signed in to Unraid Connect to use Flash Backup. "

This is happening despite me being - indeed - logged in and able to access UC through the server WebUI, for example.

I have tried reinstalling the plug-in and rebooting, but to no effect. I havent really changed any of the default settings yet either.

I tired this on Unraid Version 7.1.3 and 7.1.4 - UC is version 4.9.5. Couldn't get it to work.

Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this? Thanks!

@luve04 Please update your Connect plugin to the latest version. We've just shipped a release that should fix this issue.
